Mahmood has over 30 years of experience working on a variety of project types and has led multidisciplinary teams on several high profile master planning and urban design projects in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US.  As the Director of the Masterplanning and Urban Design team at CRTKL London, Mahmood led the masterplans for major projects including Talbot Gateway, Millbay, Edinburgh Harbour, Martineau Galleries, Belgrade Waterfront, ALJ City Jeddah, Mosaic City, Dubai Creek Harbour, Akoya, and Elite Reverie. 

A talented designer, Mahmood is known for his ability to successfully combine architectural and urban design expertise, bridging the gap between buildings and the urban realm in order to create holistic built environments.

Jason Ambrose

MSc Urban Design

Trained as both an urban designer and an architect, Jason has alomst three decades of expertise in large scale mixed use projects. Having wokrd on both client and consultant side, his experience with the development process starts from understanding the clients goals and objectives to project design and team management in order to deliver overall value and client satisfaction. He is a natural collaborator who beleives the best projects are the result of teamwork and integrated sustainable design.

Zubin Cooper

ARB, RIBA

An accomplished architect and masterplanner with over 30 years of experience Zubin has designed a number of high profile complex mixed use developments around the world.

His deep knowledge of commercial and residential building typologies and his ability to bridge between building and urban planning scales allows Zubin to turn clients' visions into living tapestries of urban form.
